Bacon Hash Browns

Ingredients: 
  • 4 cups refrigerated or frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Transfer to a greased 9-in. pie plate.
  • Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° until lightly browned, 35-45 minutes.
