Philly Cheese Steak is a great all weather food. I like to mix mine up from time to time. You can add mushrooms and swiss cheese for a neat twist. My personal favorite twist is replacing bell peppers with Hatch Green Chile and replacing the provolone with cheddar, more like a New Mexico Cheese Steak! I'm getting hungry just writting this.
Top Sirloin Steak, Onion, Bell Pepper, Hoagie Roll, Provolone Cheese.. Honestly how could you go wrong!
