  1. Thaw in refrigerator 2 days prior to reheating.
  2. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  3. Remove packaging and place tenderloin in oven, cook to desired temperature of 125ºF - 155ºF (approximately 1.5 hours depending on temp.)
  4. Once desired temperature is reached, remove from oven and allow tenderloin to rest uncovered & uncut for 15 minutes.
  5. Slice and enjoy!
BEEF TENDERLOIN IS COOKED. WATCH TEMPERATURE CAREFULLY TO AVOID OVERCOOKING.
