Perfect for the holidays, our Smoked Turkey Breast is easy to prepare. Follow these simple steps for a perfectly cooked Turkey!
  1. Let turkey breast thaw in refrigerator for 48 hours prior to reheating.
  2.  Before reheating, allow turkey breast to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. Start with a shallow baking pan or roaster, aluminum foil, and a 1/2-cup measuring cup.
  4. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  5. Wrap turkey breast in foil.
  6. Place foil-wrapped turkey breast in shallow roasting pan with 1/2 cup of water.
  7. Heat at 350° F for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160º F
  8. Remove pan from oven and carefully remove foil.
  9. Place turkey breast back in pan and return to oven and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  10. Remove turkey breast from oven and allow it to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
